Timber Selection & Kiln Stabilization

Precision Shaping & Edge Joinery

Multi-Stage Polishing & Pure Oil Curing

Each board undergoes precision profiling and tight finger-jointing using waterproof, food-contact compliant bonding formulated to resist rigorous daily wash cycles.

We hand-inspect raw logs of black walnut, white oak, and dense acacia, stabilizing moisture content down to eight percent to prevent future splitting or kitchen warping.

Surfaces receive progressive fine-grit hand sanding before being submerged in hot organic walnut oil and natural beeswax for deep moisture resilience.

Sustainable Forestry

Respecting the timber at every cut

Strict quality control runs through every production stage. Each piece is manually inspected before packing to avoid wood defects, rough surfaces or finishing flaws. Whether shaping small custom batches for boutique restaurants or fulfilling high-volume retail shipments, our factory maintains rigorous hand checks at every workstation before any item leaves our loading dock.

Food safety is our top priority for all wooden food-contact kitchenware. Our products comply with US FDA 21 CFR requirements. We can provide LFGB test reports, Declaration of Compliance (DoC) upon request.

We also support FSC certified timber options for sustainable sourcing.
